Who's behind this

I'm Henry, from Hammersmith. Two years ago our bedroom hit 29°C at midnight. Last year we had a child, and I started looking into aircon obsessively. What I found was a mess: guides that contradicted each other, rules that had changed without the internet noticing, and every “answer” ending in a quote form.

So I did the homework for myself. Read the legislation, pulled the borough planning data, worked out what was actually possible for our building. Friends asked for the same, then their friends did. At some point it was easier to build this than to keep writing it out in WhatsApp.

The site is free and asks for nothing. No installer pays to be here and none is recommended. Every legal claim carries its source and the date we checked it. Where the data can't answer, the site says so and tells you how to check yourself.
